This review covers the recent purchase experience of a double-wide manufactured home from Champion Homes Center in Burleson. The very first day that we stepped in, we met Chris Scaglione at the Home Center. Chris, single-handedly, was the reason why we decided to move forward. Chris genuinely cares about his customers and went above and beyond the call of duty. He did factory tours for us and showed us model homes and answered questions and shared information promptly and thoroughly throughout the process. His customer service was par excellence. He was very genuine and sincere and forthcoming throughout the process. We were very fortunate to have him as our sales agent. Chris was supported by Mr. Gary Bauer, the General Manager, throughout our home purchase process. Gary’s support was equally very important for us in purchasing and having the home manufactured at the Factory. We are very grateful to Gary for his support. This is an A-team. We would also like to extend our thanks to Johana Diaz, the Project Coordinator, as well as the factory/plant team for their support. Overall, we are very pleased and happy with our home buying experience and would recommend the Champion Homes Center and the above team without any reservation.

Even though this location was not able to provide me with a Home that I needed they are humbled enough to refer a sister company that would meet my needs for me and my disabled son. UPDATE: Brittany Mays has worked hard to make this right. We still don’t have all the punch out items complete but she is working to get them in and sent for install. My take away would be - if you buy an Champion home and there are issues, they WILL do they’re best to make things right.ORIGINAL REVIEW: My mom paid cash for a brand new single wide to retire in. House came off the line and was delivered in less than 3 weeks. This would have been awesome except we are now it’s been over 60 days since delivery and “set-up” and still no punch-out. Trim is falling off the walls, the front door won’t open, no shelves in any of the kitchen or living room cabinets, dishwasher and kitchen sink leak and have ruined the brand new island. I could go on. They didn’t bother to put the work order in for any of it until almost 2 weeks after delivery. That was over 45 days ago. Every time I call and speak to Brittany Mays at the Burleson location, she is super sympathetic, says she will get information about the delay and call me right back and I don’t hear from her until I call back. Sometimes. I had to call 4 times the other day, because it has been raining and there are shingles missing off the roof, and had to finally go through the operator before she responded. And still she didn’t call back after saying she would find out what was going on and call me back. That was Monday. It’s Saturday. I called again yesterday and she didn’t answer or call back. We will never buy another Champion mobile home. And we also will never use Triple C Mobile homes in Cut N Shoot again. They won’t even take our calls or try to help.
