This review covers the recent purchase experience of a double-wide manufactured home from Champion Homes Center in Burleson. The very first day that we stepped in, we met Chris Scaglione at the Home Center. Chris, single-handedly, was the reason why we decided to move forward. Chris genuinely cares about his customers and went above and beyond the call of duty. He did factory tours for us and showed us model homes and answered questions and shared information promptly and thoroughly throughout the process. His customer service was par excellence. He was very genuine and sincere and forthcoming throughout the process. We were very fortunate to have him as our sales agent. Chris was supported by Mr. Gary Bauer, the General Manager, throughout our home purchase process. Gary’s support was equally very important for us in purchasing and having the home manufactured at the Factory. We are very grateful to Gary for his support. This is an A-team. We would also like to extend our thanks to Johana Diaz, the Project Coordinator, as well as the factory/plant team for their support. UPDATE: Brittany Mays has worked hard to make this right. We still don’t have all the punch out items complete but she is working to get them in and sent for install. My take away would be - if you buy an Champion home and there are issues, they WILL do they’re best to make things right.ORIGINAL REVIEW: My mom paid cash for a brand new single wide to retire in. House came off the line and was delivered in less than 3 weeks. This would have been awesome except we are now it’s been over 60 days since delivery and “set-up” and still no punch-out. Trim is falling off the walls, the front door won’t open, no shelves in any of the kitchen or living room cabinets, dishwasher and kitchen sink leak and have ruined the brand new island. I could go on. They didn’t bother to put the work order in for any of it until almost 2 weeks after delivery. That was over 45 days ago. Every time I call and speak to Brittany Mays at the Burleson location, she is super sympathetic, says she will get information about the delay and call me right back and I don’t hear from her until I call back. Sometimes. I had to call 4 times the other day, because it has been raining and there are shingles missing off the roof, and had to finally go through the operator before she responded. And still she didn’t call back after saying she would find out what was going on and call me back. That was Monday. It’s Saturday. I called again yesterday and she didn’t answer or call back. We will never buy another Champion mobile home. And we also will never use Triple C Mobile homes in Cut N Shoot again. They won’t even take our calls or try to help.

My Husband and I are retiring and moving from up north to Texas. We stop at several places to look at homes. I am thankful we stopped in at Factory Expo in Burleson, TX. This where I met Gary the General Manger, he took the time to show me the homes, go over all the financing and the complete build process. He never put any pressure on us, and answered all of our question on their homes and the complete process including what we would have to do with our land, and what to look for when purchasing our land for future home. He also introduced me to their Project Coordinator Laura, and explained she will help throughout the building and delivery process. We feel truly blessed that we stopped at Factory Expo in Burleson.

We purchased a new home from Factory Expo Home Center and it was a great experience when Laura took over our account. We were helping a disabled veteran uncle purchase this house and we were having a lot of difficulty getting the process completed. When Laura took over our account she worked hard and in no time had our account finished. She was very friendly, knowledgeable about the process and she kept us well informed throughout the whole process. You will do good if she represents you on your new home.

About 4 days ago I walked into the Factory Expo Home Center thinking I was going to just view a few of their floor plans. I met with Jacqueline and I have to say that I have really enjoyed working with her. She didn't pressure me to purchase but ended up offering me a deal on a show home that I could not refuse. We visited back in May, not really knowing anything about manufactured homes and wanting to see if it was something we could afford and be happy with. Jacqueline was the most helpful sales person we have ever met! She was able to answer every question and give us accurate pricing information on the spot, without being pushy at all she was able to convince us to start a contract that day, and the process that came after has thus far been painless.
